Mori's Boot Camp

Come ready to work-out hard and be sure to bring a water bottle.

Also prepared to sweat, and have fun. This class consists 45 minutes of intense exercises. We do muscle toning exercises using Polymeric, Pilates, Kickboxing, and Mixed Martial Arts movements. We always include plenty of core toning exercises as well.

 

 

 

 

Rachel has a Bachelors’ degree in Health Promotion she has been in the fitness industry since 2003.
