Toe Hold From Half Guard
- Get the knee out while maintaining shoulder pressure on opponents face
- Butflop to the opposite side
- reach over and block the hip
- pull your foot in toward your butt and make a figure four
- reach over and trap the calf with your arm keep the elbow tightly against your stomach
- roll belly up and grab the foot and your own wrist
- twist the toes inward with your wrist
